Tribal 2023

" Tribal ", an abstract art composition and poetic thread composition that blends tradition and modernity with quiet authority. Recycled batik threads are hand-stitched into an organic, compact 20‑cm square where geometric harmony and rich symbolism converge.

On a deep black ground, green and golden‑yellow threads intertwine to form a bold emblem: dense, confident bands at the center loosen into fine, hair‑like scatters at the edges, suggesting a whisper of movement. A thin halo of green stitches traces the outer contour, lending a faintly mystical aura. A small white circle bearing the letter O at the lower right acts as a discreet, enigmatic signature.

Tribal invites slow looking—a portable universe in which every thread carries its story which is reinterpreted through a contemporary lens.
