Let's make a Fuss 2023

" Let's Make a Fuss", an abstract organic art piece and poetic thread composition that marries tradition with quiet invention. Using the Fils Free Technique, recycled batik threads are hand-embroidered on paper into a compact, luminous circle set within a black mat edged by a thin dark‑green border*.

Green and yellow threads twist into a dense, textured entanglement that catches light and casts delicate shadows, evoking mossy growth, a sunlit nest, or the slow choreography of nature. Every stitched detail invites slow looking and lets your imagination dance as you find personal narratives in the swirls and spaces.

Signed discreetly with an O. in the lower-right corner, this work is both a contemplative object and a collector’s statement — tactile, intimate, and richly storied.
